MISSION

A MORE
HUMAN SCIENCE
OF BUSINESS

We intervene with leaders willing to rethink and reshape their relations to society.

Our team provides strategic intelligence to corporations, museums, brands, medias and start-ups by nourishing innovative visions through cultural insights.

From the Human Sciences, we derive the intellectual craftmanship necessary to dive in complex situations. Through our Design and Business expertise, we drive agile solutions with a pragmatic sensibility.

MOMENT

FROM CHINA
TO THE WORLD

Delect was created to meet the needs for research and strategy emerging from China’s rise. Beyond the binary of ‘West vs East’, our founders, Allan Bahroun and Chloe Law, believe in the aspiration of multi-cultural and cross-disciplinary leaders.

In China, the emergence of WeChat has shown the far-reaching implications of fast-moving mutations. Such radical changes urge all organizations to recast their old assumptions. Grasping and leveraging this new social reality has become the condition for success.

With our head office based in Shanghai, our team of human scientists, designers, and strategists is directly embedded in the milieux where innovation happens today.

MOTTO

CULTIVATE
NEW FORMS
OF KNOWLEDGE

More than exactitude, what we cherish in the Human Sciences is the ability to comprehend the Other. Each situation and every partner is unique. So, we must invent new ways to feel the world as it changes.

At Delect, we are always seeking for new ways of doing research. Through digital publications, immersive videos, academic productions, and professional training, we push the boundaries of knowledge.
